Dear Blogger,

I always know my limit to the food intake but alas, i always fail at it..there is a saying,
"to know your body,is to understand and befriend with the food you eat.."

But unfortunately, i didn't control myself for the past 2 month and i seems to put back all the 7kg i lost since last year,this is getting depressing on me or am i turning into a "Obesse in food", i hope so not...

I celebrate almun Birthday with having dinner at Jalapenor & Peppers at Lot 1..lot of dishes we order till both of us are full to the max..the food was good..
